FlirtOrbit™ is owned and operated by Bruce Malyon ("FlirtOrbit," "we," "us"). These terms cover this website and the FlirtOrbit founding-member waitlist during our pre-launch phase. By joining the waitlist or using this site, you agree to them.
1. Who can use FlirtOrbit
You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or use FlirtOrbit. Access to the site and service is restricted to the United States (US IP and physical addresses only). By signing up, you confirm that you meet both requirements.
2. The waitlist and founding members
Joining the waitlist reserves your spot for launch updates and founding-member benefits: exclusive early access, a free premium trial, and a founding member badge on your profile. The free premium trial will be described in full when the app launches, and continued use of the app will be governed by the terms in effect at that time. Founding-member status does not guarantee a match, a date, or any particular outcome — dating involves other people, and we can't promise results.
3. Screening is a process, not a guarantee
FlirtOrbit screens members through a multi-step verification process that includes two-factor authentication and phone verification, with identity verification planned as part of the app. Screening is designed to reduce fake profiles and bots, but it is a process — not a guarantee of any person's identity, character, or intentions. Always use your own judgment, take your time getting to know people, and follow basic safety practices when meeting anyone in person.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use FlirtOrbit to harass, impersonate, deceive, or harm anyone; create fake profiles; run bots or automated accounts; scrape or collect other people's information; advertise or solicit; or break the law. We may decline, suspend, or remove any waitlist signup or account that violates these terms, at our reasonable discretion.
5. Intellectual property
The FlirtOrbit™ name, logo, and site content belong to Bruce Malyon. The FlirtOrbit trademark is the subject of a pending US trademark application. You may not use our name or logo without written permission. Anything you submit through this site (for example, your signup details) remains yours; you give us permission to use it to operate the waitlist and, later, the service.
6. Assignment
FlirtOrbit is expected to become a brand of MaxxDate Inc in 2027. We may assign or transfer this site, the waitlist, the service, and these terms to MaxxDate Inc or another successor, in which case notice will be posted on this site. You may not transfer your waitlist spot or account to someone else.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
During the pre-launch phase, this site and the waitlist are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of this site or the waitlist is limited to US $100, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as FlirtOrbit develops. The current version will always be posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date above.
