This policy covers the FlirtOrbit website and founding-member waitlist during our pre-launch phase. FlirtOrbit™ is owned by Bruce Malyon. It explains, in plain language, what we collect on this site, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect on this site
- Waitlist signup details: your first name, email address, and ZIP code (used to place you in a launch region or on the expansion waitlist).
- Technical and security data: your IP address, browser and device information, and similar logs. This site sits behind Cloudflare, which provides traffic monitoring, security protection, and basic analytics — including monitoring connected with our US-only access rule.
- Cookies: cookies needed for the site to work and for Cloudflare's security and monitoring functions. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use any analytics tools beyond Cloudflare.
How we use it
- To run the founding-member waitlist and administer founding-member benefits.
- To send launch notices and early-access invitations to the email you gave us.
- To keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and enforce US-only access.
- To understand overall site traffic (through Cloudflare's aggregate reporting).
What we don't do
We never sell your personal information. Ever. We don't share it for third-party advertising, and we don't use it for anything unrelated to FlirtOrbit.
Who else handles it
Service providers that help us operate and secure this site — currently Cloudflare — process technical data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it, and your choices
We keep waitlist information while the waitlist is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete your waitlist information at any time by emailing contact@flirtorbit.com — we'll remove it and confirm.
Adults only
FlirtOrbit is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has signed up, contact us and we'll delete it.
When the app launches
The FlirtOrbit app will involve additional information that this website does not collect — for example, identity verification handled by a third-party verification processor, profile photos, and approximate location (never your exact location). We will publish an updated privacy policy covering the app before the app beta opens.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Questions: contact@flirtorbit.com.
